The Roles

As a technical specialist, you will work on essential projects that keep the world moving. Depending on your expertise, you will be involved in:

• Infrastructure: Developing and maintaining vital networks, from underground piping and utility grids to large-scale civil engineering works.

• Installation Technology: Working on high-end HVAC systems, electrical installations, or sustainable energy solutions in commercial and industrial buildings.

• Technical Construction: Executing complex structural tasks, technical assembly, and on-site installations for heavy industries.

 

You will work with high-quality materials and modern equipment. Whether you are operating in a prefab facility or directly on-site, you will collaborate with strong teams of professionals where safety, precision, and craftsmanship are the top priorities.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for motivated “blue-collar” professionals with a hands-on mentality and proven experience in the construction or installation sectors.

• Skills: You have a solid technical background (e.g., as a technician, mechanic, pipefitter, or site specialist).

• Independence: You can read technical drawings, work accurately under pressure, and take responsibility for your tasks.

• Communication: You speak English and are a reliable team player.

• Flexibility: You are willing to work on various project locations and take pride in delivering high-quality, durable results.

 

What we offer:

• Excellent employment conditions in line with the Collective Labour Agreements

• Salary range: €3,000 to €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience

• Shift allowances

• 8% holiday allowance

• 40 paid days off per year

• Travel reimbursement of €0.23/km
